homebrew.label: H3

A few are good, some are OK, most are BAD and all are my homebrew labels! Let me know what you think, or better yet let me know what you think of the beer, even if you haven’t had it.

H3 got its name from hopping it in three separate places (mash hopped, boil kettle and dry hopped) and is one of my house beers.  It started out at a 7% imperial IPA and through several years of refinement it has become a 10% monster.  Mashed at low temps for a light body and fermented cool to prevent a hot or even warming alcohol presense, this beer is a sneaker.  It will sneak up on you and bite you in the ass!
